Cut. Paste. Play. Issue #47

Games, screamed onto a photocopier at 2am.

InfernoFrostQuest is a Pyrmont-made game zine — brutal reviews, boss-fight guides and hot takes that never made it past the editor at the big sites. No scores out of ten. Just words that stick to the wall.

Who scribbles this

Stapled together in Pyrmont since 2016.

Zine desk covered in clippings

Not a review farm.

We started on a photocopier above a Harris Street bike shop, trading paper copies at Pyrmont markets. A decade on we still write like nobody's paying us — because for the honest stuff, nobody is. Every piece is played to credits, or we tell you exactly where we tapped out.

Controller and coffee at night

Loud, but fair.

Indies get the same wordcount as the AAA giants. We don't do sponsored scores, we don't do embargoed puff pieces, and we'll happily rip apart a launch we were hyped for. The safety pins on the cover aren't a costume — they hold the whole thing together.

What's inside every issue

Readers yelling back

From the letters pile.

"Your Baldur's Gate 3 guide got me through Act 3 without rage-quitting. No other site bothered to explain the honour-mode fights properly."
